Android Chromeにて、Scene ViewerではなくWebXRが起動する理由を調べる。
条件が不明で、同じ端末でもコンテンツによってや日によってはWebXRが起動したりしなかったりする。
WebXRの方がコンテンツとして価値が高いものを提供できるので、この条件は明確にして起きたい。

ちなみに、起動優先度的にはwebxr scene-viewer quick-lookとなっている。
