Add example of using chrome remote debbuging interface

Here cypress-io/cypress#4628 was mentioned, that we can use the CRI if needed. But I found no example how to utilize this library.
The posted code does not help, as it contains a variable wsUrl which is not explained.

It would be nice if we have an example about how to use the CRI in an own test.

I tried different solutions but did not succeed.
