For multidomain support, we need to create a sibling bridge iframe.

  • Add the sibling iframe to the Test Runner
  • It includes the multidomain/cross domain bundle/instance/version of the Test Runner

The code for this is done in cypress-io/cypress#16708, but has yet to be released.
We'll update this issue and reference the changelog when it's released.
