Current behavior:

When opening a non-updated version of Firefox, this popup dialog always opens.

Desired behavior:

The update dialog shouldn't show in Cypress.

The code for this is done in cypress-io/cypress#6374, but has yet to be released.
We'll update this issue and reference the changelog when it's released.
