Current behavior:

Our server/test/e2e/3_plugins_spec.js spec is consistently failing in develop after merging in the error improvements PR: #3930

The code for this is done in cypress-io/cypress#7260, but has yet to be released.
We'll update this issue and reference the changelog when it's released.
