Have a more explicit way of tracking Pros and Cons for each assessment instead of lumping them all into a single 'notes' attribute. The initial thought is to create new tables for Pros and Cons that belong to a specific Assessment.

We decided against creating separate Pros/Cons models in favor of enhancing the assessment creation process. This should probably be deleted.
