As a manager, I need a leaderboard for assessors so that I can see who is contributing to the code test reviews (for badges/rewards/perks/etc.)

Would be cool to have badges for languages, skill levels, etc.

I would also be able to note individual's contributions to grading our code tests when completing their annual appraisal
