Ignore SSL error on self signed certs #104

page.goto method will behave according to this comment:

    The method will throw an error if:
    - there's an SSL error (e.g. in case of self-signed certificates).

Can you please advise me a way, how to change this behavior, and ignore errors on self-signed certs ?
