When not using OSGi, the JNA embedded in JNAerator may also be used by liblouis-utils and libhyphen-utils, and not only tts-adapter-acapela. This was probably the case before, but didn't cause any issues. Now that we have updated to JNA 5.14.0, for ARM64 support, liblouis-utils will fail when running on ARM64 when it doesn't use the right JNA.
