Windows 11 Tobi main window does not open anymore

After some Windows 11 updates TOBI does not open correctly anymore, taskbar shows that it is open but main windows does not show up on the screen. However it works perfectly on Windows 10.
What could it be? How to debug it to find the real reason?

Thank you for filing this issue. I will check on my Windows 11 computers using the official Tobi distribution. I will try to compile Tobi from source to see if this makes a difference (though I expect the build process to be broken due to major evolutions of Microsoft Visual Studio and associated tools).
