🟣 Purple/paid User Story 🟣##

As a heavy nostr user that receives tons of notifications and is browsing notifications, I want to be able to review all of my notifications, so that I don't miss interacting with my fellow nostr plebs.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Infinite scroll for notifications is enabled, if and only if
  2. Damus user is a paid/purple subscriber
