check "forgot password" flow in mail when user was already registered

Flow:
User tries to register -> was already registered before -> mail is send to user with PW reset link -> user clicks on PW reset link

Current Behavior:
User is sent back to landing page. Possible cause: URL for resetting password is wrong. There is an open PR in dancer for this, check this flow again after it has been merged.
