Banner, inform user that we use cookies

link to cookie guidelines
accept button to click the banner away
save that the user clicked on the banner e.g. in cookie
check if there are easy libraries available, ng-consent or others

maybe ngx-cookieconsent is an option, they have the option to "just tell users we're using cookies": https://tinesoft.github.io/ngx-cookieconsent/home
