The CLI integration tests in the dandi-archive repo are failing with this error:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'numpy.typing'

This is due to the limiting of the numpy version in the workflow here. The corresponding limit was removed from dandi-cli's workflow in #603. Removing the lines from the dandi-archive workflow should resolve the problem.
