Just give OS X Demo a try and find out the bar chart highlighting is weird:
If we only choose the pure blue stacked bars, only one part is highlighted

however if we choose the red+blue bars, it highlight all:

Also the color seems wrong as left bars are pure blue.
I am not sure if this is already a feature or bug.. Just open one and remind me to check

fix ChartsOrg#2890. Turned out it's multiple bar chart but not grouped

Turned out it did not group the bars, not stacked bars.
Apply a fix and it will looks like
