How to set the interval in X axis label

Hi, I want to set my X axis label as [00:00, 12:00, 23:59] , my xData is [00:00 - 23:59] and count is 24, I set the label count is 3 and I got the result of x label is [00:00, 10:00, 22:00] as image.
How can I set the interval is 12 then I can get [00:00, 12:00, 23:59], thank you !
