Hi all, i'm trying to do some design changes to a line graph but i can't figure out how to do them. Could someone please help me?

1 - How to set hoorizontal grid lines at speciific y values? (not step invertals)
2 - Add horizontal scrolling in order to keep the distance between data points always the same and then the user can scroll the graphs to see the rest of the points?
3 - Set multiple circles colors in the same graph
