Is it possible to draw custom shape on chart and handle touch on it

Hello, I wan to draw custom shape with concrete coordinates (in chart break. I know how to draw breaks). And then a want to handle touch inside this shape. After touch I want to show label anchored to my custom shape. Like this

And I want to draw axis values.
Is it possible?

you can do whatever you want, with the source code. but this sounds like ChartMarker is ready to use
