Scatter charts dots needs to be shown even it is less than half

What did you do?

ℹ I see that in v3.3 bubble chart, if the bubble is on the edge, and is shown less than 1/2, I can still see the bubble, but in v3.2.2, the bubble does not exist.

What did you expect to happen?

ℹ I am using scatter chart, the each scatter dot is quite large, so I hope that when the dot is less than 1/2, I can still see the dot.

What happened instead?

ℹ The scatter dot is not drawn, just like the bubble is not drawn in 3.2.2.

I checked the BubbleChartRenderer.swift file, nothing is changed. May I ask how to change the code to make it dots shown as BubbleChart v3.3?
