The Numix project have had a user asking for the icon for arista to be themed. It came to light the .desktop file says the icon is located in "/usr/share/arista/ui/icon.svg" and so hardcoded. This means the user has to aquire root to make the change. Any chance of this being fixed?

Sure thing. I'll have a go myself asap but in case anyone else wants a stab first I believe the standard across as major distros now is /usr/share/icons/hicolor/[size]/apps/[name]
