What OS?

Only tried on Windows - might be an issue on all platforms though it is likely just a documentation issue.

Description of issue

The documentation says:

While in the Editing screen of a Panel, there will be a toolbar with menus File, Export, Settings, Help. You can save, export, import, load panel projects, and edit the current panel project from this toolbar.

However, using portable version 8.0.9 on Windows, I do not see an Export menu. Is the documentation wrong or did this functionality disappear?

Export is currently broken, thus that menu item is hidden. You can always grab the panels file directly. That file is called "ps_panels.json".

Would you like me to leave this issue open for tracking purposes or is there another one already?

It's fine to leave this open. I have not decided what to do with it yet. This is a good reminder.
