improve documentation

The documentation makes use of a graphic convention of using icons of the services GUI to aid in which menu element is to be accessed. I would suggest using a different font that is evocative of Menu elements rather than using visual icons in order that the documentation can be consistent with any future versions of the software which revises its visual assets (i.e. the glyphicon icon set or similar could be employed given that it appears the visual assets are drawing on some similar resource)
