I can't build my project after simply just installing the package

Installing:

NuGet\Install-Package Dapplo.Confluence -Version 1.0.36

Leads to the build error:

Possible null reference argument for parameter 'inputSettings' in 'ProjectToolkitSettings.ProjectToolkitSettings(Dictionary<string, string> inputSettings)'.
