Format response body when the content type is JSON

I found formatting the response makes it easier to read and copy the response body.

The following patch implements it. Happy to send a PR if people believe it's a good idea.

Thanks and good shout - I've merged @tusharsadhwani's PR and included a config option for this (enabled by default).
