Filters not applied directly after opening the app, only after opening the filter list #65

Hello,
steps to reproduce:

Run app and type in some filters (or only one)
Close app and exit logging
Run app again
See unfiltered log appear <- Bug!
Open Filter list to just view the filters typed in at step 1
Log is now filtered

Expected would be that the existing filters are instantly applied.
