Support multiple languages

Hello, I recently used this product. I think it is very good and suitable for building a simple backend management system. I am from China, but there is no Chinese language support. I hope it can support multiple languages, and I am willing to contribute to it.

Yeah, I saw I got many users from China recently and I have started looking into Intl libraries, Once I set it up and get it ready for contribution, I will let you know

Still in progress and looks like I will still have to do a lot of refactor to get a lot of progress but I am now happy with the translation setup

I noticed that some text contains a mix of Chinese and English. After addressing these issues, I will submit a pull request with the changes.
