What would be the purpose of this check?

This is more a validation and information step. It can be a optional function. The objective is to validate the account group members and compare with workspace group members, If there are any differences (Ex: 10 members in local workspace, but 50 in the account or other way), that can be highlighted before they proceed with remaining steps

I think this should be simpler and not have so many knobs.

If the account group has the same name and doesn't have the same members, it's a different group, and then the new group that we're trying to create should be namespaced.
