Upload error when re-uploading file with same name as deleted file [public deployment]

i found a bug maybe link to #70 but not sure.

if you upload a file, remove it and try the re-upload it, you get those message error and the file can not be re-uploaded
(tried your only demo version...)

Thanks @NuxitBrain, this is super useful -- probably the filesystem on the public deployment is just not being cleaned up correctly after requesting a deletion. I'll look into this.
