Add Reference to Local Resource to Ping and Pong Task Resources

To increase the usefulness of the ping/pong process, ping and pong Task resources should include a Reference to a Resource at the DSF FHIR server of the requester. Including a reference will allow the ping/pong process to validate the ability of the DSF FHIR server to send HTTP HEAD requests during reference resolution.

This enhancement will result in changed ping and pong Task profiles and thus requires a change of the process version in the first two digits.
