Where is website repo?

Just wanted to add some footer items:

• to the website code itself (EDIT: made a bit more sense when I thought it was static site :) )
• to a TBD "get involved" location that would be the best launch point (yay! onboarding!)

Then we can start sharing that landing page as a "this is serious" starter link :)
