Ingredients
- 1/2 - 1 onion, finely diced
- chicken parts
- 1/2 - 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup canned tomatos, diced or chopped up
- 1/2 - 1 cup white wine/vermouth
- bunch of green olives, sliced
Steps
- brown chicken in butter and/or olive oil, remove from pan
- saute onion until soft
- return chicken to pan, add liquids
- cook until chicken is done, maybe half an hour
- add olives, cook 5 more minutes
