Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 onion, finely diced
  • chicken parts
  • 1/2 - 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup canned tomatos, diced or chopped up
  • 1/2 - 1 cup white wine/vermouth
  • bunch of green olives, sliced

Steps

  1. brown chicken in butter and/or olive oil, remove from pan
  2. saute onion until soft
  3. return chicken to pan, add liquids
  4. cook until chicken is done, maybe half an hour
  5. add olives, cook 5 more minutes
