- 10 anchovies, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup black olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers, chopped
- 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- Cook garlic in a bit of olive oil
- Add everything but the parsley; heat through
- Add parsley
