- 2 slices bacon, chopped

- 1 c sliced celery
- 2 large tomatoes, peeled, diced (1c)
- 1 large potato, diced (1c)
- 1 lb fish, any type of whitefish works
- 2 1/2c water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cup milk
- Cook bacon, then onion, then celery.
- Add water, s&p, potato, cook until done
- Add fish and tomato, cook through
- Make white sauce separately, then add.
