- 1 medium diced onion
- 1 large diced potato
- 2/3 c diced celery
- 1 minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 cup chopped broccoli
- 5 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- Sauté onion 10 m; add rest of veggies; cook 10m
- add broccoli, broth, basil, cover and simmer 20m
- blend, salt if needed, serve hot or cold
