Get a "full map screenshot" working reasonably well even for massive maps like the Diablo Canyon debate (ie. optimize UI enough that it loads reliably and in reasonable time) #234

And afterward: Use that ability to generate a full-map screenshot (presumably once in regular debate-map style, and once in society-library style)

Was able to eventually get a depth-8 full-map-screenshot of the diablo canyon debate, which I think is "good enough" for now. (so closing)
