[dex url] should be changed to appeal to everyone

like JZ has said in his proposal about simplifying the language.. we should get away from using words like "decentralized" because it's overused or people dont understand it. DEX is another word like that. We need to appeal to average joe.

the URL is currently dex.decred.org and i think the average person does not know what "dex" means. I think it should be swap.decred.org

or even trade.decred.org

either would make people immediately have an idea what it is just by looking at the url. but seeing "dex" makes a lot of people scratch their head and wonder what the hell that is.

My hope is that the name of the actual DCRDEX is also renamed to "Decred Swap" to go along with this simplified communication idea.
