[BUG] Trimmed empty chirps error messages not wrapping

Expected behavior

The error message should wrap on the left of the screen to allow the chirp box to be fully on the screen.

How to reproduce

1. Have a valid token and a narrow screen
2. Try to enter some text consisting of whitespaces only

Impact

Mainly UX since the user could not send this message, so it is not a problem if he can't access the publish button.
The user cannot read the full message and might be confused about the problem

Possible root cause

Error message is not wrapping.
