Similar to dedupeio/address-matching#11

Should this be a stand-alone repo, or should we merge it with dedupe-examples? Thoughts @fgregg?

IMO, ideally this would be polished and we would link to it from dedupe-example. We would also mark address-matching as DEPRECATED and point here.
