Deploy cleanmgr.exe without installing Desktop Experience

It would be nice to be able to deploy cleanmgr.exe with the Desktop Experience feature, because Desktop Experience installs additional/unwanted Programs, not only cleanmgr.exe
There is a way to deploy cleanmgr.exe without installing the Desktop Experience (and also without having to reboot afterwards):

Although the article does not explicitly mentions it: It can be installed on Server 2016 and 2019 using the same method.
