Currently, we have a Demo markdown that runs the Benchmark snippet and creates some tables useful for examining details of each benchmark run. However, these tables may not put the benchmark data in a form that is easy to explore. Dashboards showing multiple tables side-by-side is much clearer.

  • Investigate what queries would make the data easiest to compare
  • Look at whether or not the scripted UI has a way to programmatically place tables in a layout
  • Look at two Dashboards (or the queries that would go on the Dashboards)
    • Nightly: a natural follow-on to the nightly slack notification
      • Show a table similar to the slack notification (Investigate how best to show static and incremental)
      • Link to a table that shows metrics
      • Link that shows platform data
    • Release: shows higher level info than nightly
      • A table for representative benchmarks (ones we currently provide in an SVG)
      • Tables for best/worst changes since last release.
