The vscode extension only supports Python servers. Currently if a user attempts to connect to a groovy worker, things just fail without any details as to why. We should

  1. Expose an explicit error message if an attempt to connect to an unsupported server
    2. Document this better in the extension docs Groovy support #63 added support for Groovy
