Greetings!
I have a short and simple question.
Will I be able to do protein-small molecule-protein docking with Unidock 2?

You might be referring to UniMol Docking v2 (as UniDock is a different tool).

By "protein-small molecule-protein," do you mean the small molecule docking like a bridge between two proteins?
Currently, this is not supported; it only handles docking between a single molecule and a single protein pocket.
We might explore this In the future.
