Gray out disabled providers on dropdown version #40

The dropdown version does not providee visual hints about disabled providers, other than ignoring users click.

Here only the first 4 providers are enabled:

The buttons should match the modal look and feel probably when disabled.

Same providers enabled here in the modal version:
