[BUG]: sometimes csm status stays failed when app-mobility is successfully deployed by csm-operator

Bug Description

Sometimes, the csm object status will stay in the failed state when app-mobility is successfully deployed by csm-operator.

Steps to Reproduce

If you install app-mobility with csm-operator at least 50 times, this error should show up once or twice.

Expected Behavior

The csm object status should go into succeeded state when the deployment succeeds.
