This happens to me as well. The error tells me that Microsoft.WindowsAPICodePack.dll and Microsoft.WindowsAPICodePack.Shell.dll could not be found. Restarting Vegas usually solved this error, but now it doesn't. I find and download these two files from the Internet, put them in the SysWOW64 folder and even the Vegas Script Menu folder, but that doesn't work.
