Duplicating A Commertial Security System

The great work that Dan Englender documented here inspired me to take over the security system in my house. It also operates a 345 MHz but seems to use different coding. My implementation uses all the existing sensors including, door, window, smoke/heat, etc. Along with OpenHAB it can do everything the existing system did except call the police. It does send a text and email about 6 seconds after a breach. I plan to add the option of calling the police in the future.

Maybe my efforts could be useful to you folks working this equipment.
