[Pending UI] How to tell if a Partial is loading?

With the addition of partials I'm wondering if it's possible to display a pending UI state while the partial is loading

We currently don't have a solution for that, but it's something very much on my mind. I played around with various approaches but haven't found the right one yet. Stay tuned!

No progress. Work on Fresh is currently paused in favour of helping out with Deno 2.
