The majority of issues before the 10th August/v2.0.3 are now invalid and need closing

@lucacasonato @bartlomieju This repo completely swapped code bases when #125 happened. Now all the issues older than 9 days are invalid and refer to the old code base. Until a maintainer performs this chore this repo is in chaos.

I propose simply closing them all with a simple message like:

The code base for vscode_deno changed with #125. This issue is being automatically closed, if you still have the issue please re-open it. Thanks for your understanding.

or something like that.

The roadmap is outdated too.
