Lightweight WebServer

Needs to implement webserver that provide ability to talk with our agent be REST.
Features support by webserver:

• OpenAI API contract. Web server must support OpenAI API, in that case we can use one of pre-builded UIs, like https://github.com/anse-app/chatgpt-demo
• Supporting user context. We need to provide user question and chat history, for context availability
• We need to use pre-defined gists like - https://gist.github.com/bonadio/2d548a493907c133bc10de806ecd08af or https://gist.github.com/m0bstaRx/de82b809c0c19e0e96a9e9f042a574ca. It's just recommendations, may be there is some better solution exists
• Logs and consumptions are also saves in folder logs/chat/, need to implement some mechanics to generate each chatID, depending on timestamp. In that case all folders will be sort and we can easily find last chat. Each request to ChatGPT API saves to separate file named as timestamp
• After basic implementation is finished, - need to provide streaming support if it doesn't. Take a look at - [Roadmap] Streaming support microsoft/autogen#217, may be it can be useful
• Pack it to docker
