User Story or Problem Statement

As a VA editor, I need to understand the purpose of the quarterly editor survey and expectations for myself when engaging with the survey.

Description or Additional Context

A quarterly survey to editors has gotten approval from stakeholders and is ready to be sent out. The CMS team needs to create a communication plan to tell editors about the survey, the goal of the survey, and the expectation for their engagement with the survey.

PO Requirements

• State the survey is voluntary would be good with me which I see in the pilot survey you created

Steps for Implementation

• Create comms for email that will be send to editors about the survey
• Create comms for participant agreement
• Create comms for thank you screen
• Create comms for Closed screen

Acceptance Criteria

• Editors understand their expectations and the goals around the editor survey.
• Editors understand the schedule for the quarterly survey.
• VA stakeholders approve of the comms plan.
• Editor communication and survey is sent out through an official VA email.
